One of the difficulties facing the city of Cambridge today is the limited housing supply, which currently presents a challenge to the city’s future prosperity. The city has become a popular place to live, with a rapidly growing economy and job market, countryside nearby and a desirable way of life.

This site in South West Cambridge provides a real opportunity to sensitively meet rising need for homes; the land has the potential to deliver approximately 2,500 new homes for the city, which will help address housing issues. We want to create homes to meet every need and envisage a wide range of types and tenures. These new homes will be spread out across four new neighbourhoods, each with their own identity.
